BENEFITS AND CONSEQUENCES OF A CENTRAL SEWERBENEFITS. There are absolutely NO benefits to the community of Los Osos, or any community for that matter, of a central sewer. A sewer will not protect our water, will not protect our wildlife, will not protect the environment or the health and safety of our families and is not economically viable. In the case of Los Osos, a central sewer will only result in fulfilling a planned social genocide followed by incorporation and a massive build-out turning our beloved coastal community into an over-priced mini-San Jose and rewarding terrorists for their treachery, deceit and greed. The price tag for our inaction will be perpetual financial indebtedness, social slavery and living in daily peril from the release of vaccine-resistant, deadly pathogens caused by inevitable sewage spills and toxic gas escape. CONSEQUENCES. The consequences are deadly and devastating to the health and safety of the community. Central sewers breed vaccine-resistant, deadly pathogens that travel by air, water, wildlife and people. One central sewer spill releases trillions of these deadly viruses in to the air and water where many will be picked up and ingested by wildlife and people who will unknowingly spread this deadly mayhem. Each year across the nation, many people succumb to these assaults suffering from severe sickness and death. Not only sewage spills but escaping gases release these toxic denizens. The terrorists deceptively tell us that since the plant would be “underground,” there would be no odors because there are so many biological filters. Yet every central sewer plant, even “underground” plants, no matter how many filters, exude large pockets of noxious air. These pockets are escaping gases that contain and help spread the trillions of deadly pathogens. The USEPA, the CDC and other responsible health organizations around the world have known for at least two decades of the deadly threat to public health and safety a central sewer poses. The increased threats of disease and death caused by inevitable sewage spills and noxious gases are so prevalent now that many of these agencies recommend a preference for the use of on-site and cluster systems whenever appropriate. It is a fact that every central sewer backs up and spills, many at least once a year, some more often. In one year a sewer plant in Southern California had three episodes of sewage spills that spread contamination on land, into groundwater and into the ocean. Beaches were closed and millions of taxpayer dollars were spent cleaning up the catastrophe. Who paid the bill? The property owners. COST OF CARELESSNESS OR SABATOGEDespite warnings and available information, many people believe a sewer drain, a toilet or sink is there for anything unwanted in the home or garage. Each year, all across the country, millions of gallons of toxic and deadly chemicals are dumped down sewer drains, flushed in toilets or simply poured down the sink. At every sewer plant there are people charged with collecting and analyzing the wastewater on a daily basis. Some plants have on-site chemists and labs others have to send their samples out. Once a contaminant is found to have entered the system, the central tank is immediately shut down, the contents pumped into a secondary tank and a third tank opened to handle the daily waste input. The main tank must be chemically cleaned and the wastewater in the secondary tank sterilized before it can be processed. Under California state law, when the main tank is shut down, no matter the reason, there are approximately 12 to 14 statutes, each mandating fines of thousands of dollars a day against the community. There are NO exceptions. Who pays? The PZ residents of Los Osos. The average down time is 3 to 5 days. The costs of cleanup could be a million dollars. These fines will increase the monthly sewer cost to each home owner. There are approximately 5,000 properties in the Prohibition Zone. If the fines and costs total just $1 million, the increase to each property will be $200. If the authorities allow this to be amortized over a year that will increase your already $350-$400 per month by $16.66. When you consider that spills or deliberate sabotage could easily happen at least once a year, the additional economic burden of hundreds of thousands of dollars will all be borne by Los Osos residents. In addition to additional costs due to fines, places that accept sewage sludge are becoming less and less. Every day a number of trucks will have to carry tons of solid waste out of Los Osos to a legal dump site. As time passes, these sites will close and the distance traveled will increase by hundreds of miles. The costs on monthly sewer bills will also increase by leaps and bounds. It will not only be the increased mileage but increased number of trucks, drivers, insurance and the like. The further the distance traveled, the fewer the trips per vehicle each day. It will not take long before additional trucks and drivers will be necessary. That will be an ever-increasing expense. The consequences of the central sewer are financially and socially devastating. The cost to build the most expensive (per capita) sewer in the history of the world will be as much as one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000). The base monthly cost to each property owner to operate the sewer will exceed $400- $600 per month. Additional ongoing costs of mandated upgrades, fines for spills, increased sludge removal costs and the like could eventually push costs to each property owner to as much as $1,000 per month. The social consequences are devastating; beginning with the planned social genocide of up to half the population of Los Osos forced to move away, followed by plummeting values of real estate then a massive build-out. This has been the core reason for the forced sewer. The social genocide will allow the terrorists and their friends to purchase properties and vacant land at rock-bottom prices for the purpose of profiting from the massive build-out that will end forever the beautiful scenic coastal town most of us love and cherish. Once they are successful in incorporating Los Osos, Pandora Nash-Karner will do her best to realize her 20-year ambition: to be mayor of Los Osos. She would bring in her terrorist friends and use Los Osos as her personal financial and political playground, rewarding those she favors, punishing those she does not. The terrorists have spent millions of dollars in their efforts to force this vaccine-resistant, deadly pathogen-producing factory on Los Osos and deceive the public into believing that it was “mandated” by the RWQCB and that “Los Osos has no choice.” They are wrong! Los Osos still has a choice! The only thing that is “mandated” is your will to end the 30-year Reign of Terror and bring those responsible to the civil and criminal Bars of Justice.
