Specif: Exemption or liberation from slavery, imprisonment or restraint; or from the power or control of another; Exemption from the necessity in choice and action, as in the freedom of the will.” (Webster’s Dictionary) The United States of America is NOT a Democracy, it is a Democratic Republic. The philosophical difference is: A democracy is a system in which power passes from God to a few individuals who then decide what the people will be allowed to have. A Democratic Republic is a system in which power passes from God to all the People who then collectively entrust someone through an election to represent them … not themselves. The foundation of a Democratic Republic is freedom: your right to chose, your right to be the best you can be, your right to pursue happiness, your right to learn and think without censor, your right to live without chains. The necessary nourishment of that freedom is truth and justice without prejudice. In a Democratic Republic when your right to truth and justice has been compromised your freedom is in peril. Freedom will only prevail and remain strong through your diligence and ongoing commitment to absolute truth and demand for justice; your steadfast intolerance for anything less will only end in slavery and failure. The strength of your freedom is no stronger than the strength of your commitment to these absolutes. Without this commitment, without the acceptance and understanding that in a Democratic Republic each of us is the government, not the elected official, that we all have an equal responsibility to be diligent and to stand together whenever and wherever tyranny and injustice prevail, the only reward is slavery at the sacrifice of freedom. By failing to make the commitment to defend freedom you will be worse than those who make it their ambition to destroy it. You will be worse because you made the choice to abandon your responsibility, abandon freedom and embrace the role of coward and victim. Is this the legacy you want to leave your family, friends, community and nation? If you fail to be diligent now, if you fail to embrace the truth, stand united and take the action to defeat the terrorists, you will have committed the most heinous act of moral depravity; surrendering your freedom and the freedom of those you love for generations to come. The real issue is not, nor has ever been, the vaccine-resistant, deadly pathogen-producing sewer; it is not clean water or on-site wastewater pollution. These are simply the vehicles used by the terrorists to deceive, defraud and enslave. The real issue is the theft of your freedom. The freedom of every resident of Los Osos has been, and still is, under attack by a group of cowardly terrorists whose only ambition is driven by greed and whose only goal is the social genocide of our community followed by a massive build-out, incorporation then rule through financial and political corruption. What makes a family, a community, a nation strong is not the inaction of others but the action of the individual. If the inaction of the individual is founded in lies, cowardice and fear, only failure, misery and slavery will be the reward. Stand in the light of freedom. THE LIE THAT CONDEMNED THE COMMUNITY“The Regional Water Quality Control Board has mandated that Los Osos build a sewer. Los Osos has no choice.” The creators and promoter of that lie were: Pandora Nash-Karner, Rosemary Bowker, Sylvia Smith, Stan Gustafson, Gordon Hensley, Frank Freiler and the Regional Water Quality Control Board. In fact, State law forbids the State, the RWQCB and the Courts from “mandating” any solution whatsoever! You can read the law in The Sentinel. It was a clever lie designed to deceive the community and divert anger towards the RWQCB; to crush grassroots resistance and force compliance. In fact, from the beginning there has been no actual, legitimate scientific evidence to support a need for a vaccine-resistant, deadly pathogen-producing factory in Los Osos. On the contrary, every legitimate scientist and authentic wastewater expert from the USEPA on down to the private sector who has examined the Los Osos groundwater/ water basin has stated “NO SEWER” is needed. Even the RWQCB stated this many times before they issued 83-13 in 1983 that created the “Prohibition Zone” and opened the door for Fraud. All of the evidence and support documents detailing the terrorists’ dirty scheme are exposed in this publication. All of the terrorists are identified.
