It has been repeatedly shown that any legal action pertaining to the sewer issue in Los Osos filed in the SLO Superior Court system is futile at best. The only court where Los Osos will be fairly heard is Federal. The only Action guaranteed to bring the terrorist house-of-cards crashing down is R.I.C.O. and other Civil Rights violations.
Previous Actions addressed specific issues such as the illegal “Prohibition Zone,” the CDOs, etc. The Los Osos R.I.C.O. Civil Action addresses criminal activity, including political corruption.
There are three types of crimes with NO statute of limitations: Murder, Treason and Political Corruption. The LOCSD began its Reign of Terror in 1999 and continued up to the recall of the last three miscreant Directors in 2005. The County has continued the Reign of Terror with the same players.
This is important because it deals with any concerns over Statute of Limitations. When you read the R.I.C.O. Section, you will see there are a number of circumstances that allow a Federal Judge to waive any Statute of Limitations regarding this Action. You will see how our R.I.C.O. Civil Action more than qualifies for all Statute of Limitation exemptions.
In an effort to continue to strengthen the Action and punish the terrorists for all of their crimes, an ongoing effort is under way to locate some or all of the alleged missing LOCSD documents, and any bone-fide document that will clearly and unequivocally prove any political corruption, especially payoffs and kickbacks involving LOCSD, RWQCB and/or SLO County Officials and employees.

If anyone has verifiable documented proof of any payoffs, kickbacks or other political corruption committed by any LOCSD, RWQCB or County official or employee or crimes committed by anyone from the private sector related in any way to the Los Osos sewer project, please contact The Sentinel through www.losososentinel.com.
If you believe you are, or will be a defendant in the proposed federal R.I.C.O. Civil Action and you have verifiable, documented proof of kickbacks, payoffs or other serious felonies, and if you come forward and cooperate fully with the authorities, The Sentinel will guarantee your immunity from civil prosecution.
If you have personally been involved in payoffs, kickbacks or any criminal activity with any official or employee of the LOCSD, the RWQCB or the County in regards to any Los Osos business, and you have information that helps convict, there is a probability you will avoid criminal prosecution. The Sentinel would recommend clemency to the authorities and do what could be done to assist you.

If you are someone who is a disinterested Third Party and have verifiable evidence but would not be a defendant in the R.I.C.O. Civil Action or be liable for any criminal prosecution and want to remain anonymous, you can do so.

If you have video or audio recordings they must be accompanied by a notarized statement of authenticity, including a brief description of content. It is preferable to have supporting documentation with audio recordings but not a necessity.
